Born in Randers in Denmark, Signe is a born goal scorer. The young international attacker played for four seasons with Fortuna Hjørring before joining Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2018.

After a complicated first season due to several injuries, the striker netted two crucial goals at the end of the 2019-20 campaign, qualifying her team for the final of the Coupe de France and the UEFA Women's Champions League semi-final.

A member of the Denmark national team since the U17s, it was at the end of 2017 that she also made her senior debut, during the World Cup qualifiers against Croatia, a match in which she scored her first goal, just minutes after her debut.
