Reserve your purchases by telephone

You can contact our stores in advance to reserve items before visiting in person to complete your purchases. Special queues are provided to avoid waiting.

Reserve items in 3 easy steps:

1. The telephone service will take reservations from 9:00 to 11:00.
2. Collect your items the same day between 13:00 and 18:00. We will confirm a specific pick-up time to collect your items.
3. Special queue in store: Present yourself to staff upon arrival at the store and you will be directed straight to the reserved collection area to complete your purchases and collect your items.
