Frequently asked questions
Why must I reserve in advance?
It’s possible to purchase tickets on site but we have only a limited number of places for the visit of the Parc des Princes while guaranteeing you a pleasant visit. So we advise you to book online as far in advance as possible.
Are tickets nominative?
Yes, tickets are nominative. You must also bring an ID to prove your age for reduced rates (-13 and +65 years old).
Is it possible to cancel or modify a reservation?
Tickets are neither cancellable, modifiable nor refundable.
Why may my visit be cancelled a few days before my arrival?
Exceptional events can make the Parc des Princes unavailable, with an announcement in very short timeframes (such as the presentation of new players). This is why we ask for your contact details (email or phone) in order to alert you and propose that you reserve another date or receive a complete refund.
Do I have to come with my printed ticket?
It is advisable to come with a printed ticket. A simple presentation of your ticket in dematerialized format is accepted. A charging station for Android and iPhone is available at the reception if you find yourself without battery.
Is the Parc des Princes visit accessible to Persons with Reduced Mobility?
Yes, all of the visits are accessible to Persons with Reduced Mobility
Is there a deposit?
We do not offer a deposit however the big bags and suitcases can be kept for free during your visit.
I am a member of My Paris or Paris Saint-Germain Academy, do I have to bring my membership card?
