Born in Toronto, where she started playing, Ashley Lawrence is considered to be one of the best full-backs in women's football. In 2016, she won the bronze medal with Canada at the Rio Olympic Games and was voted "best player" in her position during the competition, despite training as a midfielder in her youth career.

Ashley is a multi-faceted talent. The young star decided to opt for Paris Saint-Germain when she left North America in 2017, rapidly becoming one of the remarked-upon players in Europe wearing the Rouge et Bleu shirt. A real battler, Ashley intends on writing history in Paris colours.
