Mikki and Sander make the EHF 7

This Friday, the EHF listed its All-Star Team from the Velux EHF Champions League, version 2019-20. Among the ten awards, two were given to players from Paris Saint-Germain Handball.

The first is none other than Mikkel Hansen. The Danish international shone once again on the European stage this season, scoring 46 times in just ten appearances! Injured in his first few games, the left-back made up for his early losses by racking up the goals. He scored seven goals against Flensburg, from Mikki, who appears in the VHF All-star line-up for the fifth time I his storied career (after 2014, 2015, 2017 and 2019).

With the play-maker award, we find Sander Sagosen popping up once again. The Norwegian bagged 64 goals in 11 games and, in the final round of group-stage match, against Zagreb, he put the Croatian rear-guard through their paces with nine goals. In fact, Sander scored at least once in every single Velux EHF Champions League match he played this season.
