Born in Guyana, Oriane Jean-François started playing football in her home town at CO Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni. She was only 15 when she moved to mainland France to join FCF Juvisy’s U16 team.
Three years later, she switched to Paris FC where she signed her first professional contract and made her first-team debut just before her 18th birthday. The midfielder progressed to the U19 France team, winning the EURO alongside another Parisian, Laurina Fazer, before eventually making her senior international debut in October 2020.
The next step in her career came when she joined Paris Saint-Germain in summer 2022.
