Coaching staff of the women's team sign a one-year contract extension
Paris Saint-Germain are happy to announce the contract extension of Olivier Echouafni as head coach of the women’s team. The coach is now linked to the capital club until June 30 2021.
Aged 47 and hailing from Nice, he has been coach of the women's team of the Rouge et Bleu for the past two years, achieving 44 victories in 55 matches he has taken charge of so far.
For 2020-2021, Olivier Echouafni will keep some of the staff that have accompanied him over the past two seasons: Bernard Mendy (assistant coach) and Bruno Valencony (goalkeeping coach), have also extended their contracts by a year. Sébastian Lopez Guia (fitness coach), has come in to reinforce the coaching staff.
