Spain roll on

Rodrigo Corrales and Viran Morros continued their flawless run at the Euro yesterday, helping Spain to a big win over the Czech Republic (31-25).

By winning a fourth consecutive time in Euro 2020, Spain took a big step towards the semi-finals. The win was already very much on the cards at half-time, with Spain five goals to the good - thanks in particular to goals scored on the counter-attack, like Viran Morros's strike in the 17th minute. Meanwhile, in goal, Gonzalo Perez De Vargas again held his own with a 31% save rate.

The Hispanos thus recorded their seventh consecutive victory in all European Championships combined. Tomorrow they will take on Austria for their second game of this main round.
