Luka Karabatic: "We showed plenty of heart"

Check out what Raul Gonzalez and Luka Karabatic had to say after Les Rouge et Bleu beat Plock 23-24 on EHF Champions League Matchday 3.

Raul Gonzalez (Paris Saint-Germain Handball coach):

"It's a great win after a difficult match. We made a few mistakes at the start of the game, but little by little we got into our stride. This is our second win in the Champions League, so now we have to prepare for the matches ahead. Andreas played an excellent game - he showed the way in defence - and it's partly thanks to that that we won."

LUKA KARABATIC (Paris Saint-Germain Handball PIVOT):

"I think we put up a tremendous fight. We didn't manage the last few minutes very well, but it's always difficult to play here and I think we deserved our win. We were able to hold on, and Andreas' last-gasp save won us the match - but it was also a collective performance. We fought hard and stuck together at the back. Tonight, we showed plenty of heart, and it's a victory that does us a world of good. The group stage is long and difficult, and you have to win away from home when you can, and tonight we did that. Now we have to look ahead to the next game, which comes on Sunday against Tremblay."
