Luka Karabatic, parisian through to 2026
Paris Saint-Germain Handball is delighted to announce the extension of Luka Karabatic's contract for a further year. The captain of Les Rouge et Bleu will be a Parisian until 30 June 2026.
Luka Karabatic joined Paris Saint-Germain in 2015 and will have spent more than a decade with the Parisian club. Since his arrival, the French international pivot has won nine consecutive French championships, three Coupes de la Ligue, three Coupes de France and four Trophées des Champions.
With Les Bleus, of which he is also captain, Luka Karabatic now has 154 caps (175 goals) and five international titles: Olympic champion in Tokyo (2021), World champion (2015, 2017) and European champion (2014, 2024). He also won a silver medal at the Rio Olympic Games (2016), a silver medal (2023) and a bronze medal (2019) at the World Championships, as well as a bronze medal at the European Championships (2018).
