Danis Kristopans: 'Bravo to the whole team'

On Tuesday evening, Paris Saint-Germain Handball clinched a 40-28 away to Toulouse in their rescheduled Lidl Starligue Round 20 fixture. Check out the reactions from Raul Gonzalez, Dainis Kristopans and Adama Keita.

Raul Gonzalez (Paris Saint-Germain Handball coach):
"We had seen the last few matches Toulouse had played, so we knew they were a good team. Here, it's very complicated to win. We played a good first half, both in attack and in defence. We have a lot of games to play, but the players are used to that. Today, everyone played their part. We have won 22 games this season in the league, and we have the motivation to win more. They are all difficult! We need to win four more to be champions, because that's the objective. Whether it's Nantes or another team, a win is worth two points."

Dainis Kristopans (Paris Saint-Germain Handball right-back):
"Toulouse started very well. They defended well and put in a lot of energy. The beginning of the game was not easy, especially because we made some mistakes. But little by little, we managed to score and we got the upper hand. Everyone got some playing time. With the rotations, it's easier to have a grip on the game. We are doing a very good job in the Lidl StarLigue. Everyone is fighting! I take my hat off to the whole team! On Sunday, against Nantes, we also want to win. It's no secret that we want to win all our matches."

Adama Keita (Paris Saint-Germain Handball left-winger):
"We played a good match. The first half was OK. In the second half, we had a moment of weakness, but we managed to do what was necessary to regain our lead. The whole team was able to participate, which is very important. You have to rely on everyone. It's great for the lads who play less often to be able to take part in matches against good teams. We have to be at the service of the team in order to give those who play the most a break. The matches against Nantes are always full-on and hotly contested! They're playing better than they did at the beginning of the season. For a few months now, they have been playing almost perfect handball. If we win, we will be closer to the title. Our 22 victories are a huge achievement! If we can win them all, it would be historic for the championship and the club. It would be a great achievement for the players and the coaching staff."
