Fans get behind the Parisians ahead of the Classique!
Some 33,000 supporters packed into the Parc des Princes for Friday's open training session ahead of the trip to Marseille for Sunday's Ligue 1 clash.
The Paris Saint-Germain squad were given a royal reception two days before they head south for the Classique with 33,000 fans at the Parc des Princes to watch their open training session and enjoy their idols' lap of honour.
Season ticket holders, Foundation members, Junior Club members, Youth Academy players and Paris Saint-Germain employees were all present on a memorable evening.
Christophe Galtier, Paris Saint-Germain coach, said: "It's an important moment for our fans. They have been exceptional since the start of the season. Along with Marquinhos, we took a moment to enjoy seeing our fans in the stadium and soaked up the atmosphere."
As for Ismaël Gharbi, he could not hide his delight when he spoke to PSG TV: "Experiencing an atmosphere like this is just magical. We're fortunate to have fans who are always behind us. Their support makes us really happy and we're going to try and make them as proud as possible."
