Tabitha Chawinga: "We can score a lot of goals"

Paris Saint-Germain’s newest striker discussed her arrival at the club and the aims that she’s setting herself for the upcoming season.

Tabitha, HOW DO YOU FEEL NOW THAT YOU'VE BECOME A PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN PLAYER?

"This is a big moment. I feel happy to be a Paris Saint-Germain player."

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TEAM?

"It's about scoring, assisting and helping the team to win. Of course, in football, you have wins, draws and losses, but for me, I came here for us to try our best, as a team, to win many games."

WHAT DOES PSG MEAN TO YOU?

"PSG is a good team. I've followed PSG for a long time. The good thing is that the coach who is here was my coach in China as well. So, for his style of playing football, I know what he needs. I think, for me, it won't be very difficult to adapt to what he'll need in games of football."

WHAT AIMS ARE YOU SETTING YOURSELF FOR THIS SEASON?

"I believe we can score a lot of goals as long as we play as a team because football is not individual. It's not one player, but from my side, I promise that if I have a chance to score, I'll score. If I have a chance to assist, I'll assist, but I believe I can score more than 20 goals."
