Sakina Karchaoui: "We'll do everything we can to go as far as possible"
The Paris Saint-Germain women's team player spoke at the pre-match press conference ahead of the Champions League quarter-final against Bayern Munich at 18:45 CET this evening at the Allianz Arena. Here are some extracts.
"We're doing fine. We're going to play our own way, and we'll do everything we can to go as far as possible in this competition in order to meet the club's aims. We have an aim, which is to win the Champions League. We also have the Coupe de France and the league to play for. It's a shared aim.
"We feel the support of both the club and the fans on a daily basis. That's what we need at this special time of the season.
"We're happy to be playing in big stadiums and particularly in front of fans. We're seeing real growth in women's football. That boosts our performances, and it gives us extra strength when the fans turn up in numbers."
