Paulina Dudek: 'We're taking it step by step'
The Paris Saint-Germain women's team player spoke at the press conference on the eve of the match against BK Häcken in the second round of the UEFA Women's Champions League play-offs, this Wednesday 21 September at 20:30 at the Stade Jean Bouin. Here’s what she had to say.
"It's easy to talk about what happened last year, we didn't lack much. As always, it came down to details. We lacked efficiency in front of goal. We had some good reinforcements this summer. We are getting to know each other on and off the pitch. Lieke Martens integrated smoothly. She plays very well and has adapted to the team perfectly. She has a lot of experience and that is a positive thing for the group.
We have had a lot of changes with arrivals and departures in the squad and in the staff. I'm sure we have the group, the staff and the quality to get good results. We are focused in every training session, focused on the next match. We have everything to put in a good performance tomorrow. We always want to do better than the previous game. We are taking it step by step."
