Nadia Nadim: 'It's a big game'

What do you expect from this game against Bordeaux?
"They're a very strong team with some great individuals and they play good football. But we're ready, we feel good, and we're well prepared. It's our second game of the season, we'll be aiming to win it."

How have you prepared for the game?
"We've worked a lot on the system, on our attack. There are always little details that can be improved. We know their strengths, we know it won't be easy. We'll have to stay focussed and play our game."

What's the spirit like in the squad after an emotional summer?
"We were very disappointed that things didn't turn out the way we wanted, but a new season is starting and we're really motivated. There's a lot of quality in the squad, and we have the means to achieve something this season. Each match will be important and tomorrow will be a big game. Bordeaux will want to win, so will we, so there could be some nice football played."
