Didier OllĂ©-Nicolle: "This is an important moment for the club"

The manager of Les Rouge et Bleu's women's team spoke at his press conference ahead of the Champions League quarter-final against Bayern Munich at 18:45 CET tomorrow at the Allianz Arena. Here are some extracts.

ON THE TEAM'S MINDSET

"We're all doing well mentally, and when we practice our principles of play and remain loyal to our playing style, everything goes well. We have a lot of strengths when everyone sings from the same hymn sheet and plays with the same mindset."

ON THE OPPONENTS

"We know that from the quarter-finals onwards, only the big teams are left. As soon as we found out about the draw, I immediately said that it was one of the toughest draws that we could have had. I have a lot of respect for this Bayern team, and we'll have to be incredibly strong to go through. They're a very consistent side that have played together for the last three or four years. On top of that, they have a lot of chemistry as a team. They don't have any weak points; Bayern's strength is that they're one consistent collective. They're a formidable opponent."

ON THE COACHING staff

"We have top-quality technical and medical staff. Everyone is in ideal shape to succeed and to go as far as possible. It would be historic and wonderful to win this competition, both for Paris Saint-Germain as a club and for this squad. It's one of our aims."
