What our internationals are up to
After another win, this time away to Chambéry (26-34), the Parisians have joined up with their respective national teams for the first international break of the season. Here's a look at what's in store for our nine internationals this week.
A FRIENDLY FOR LES BLEUS
Six months after a perfect conclusion to the qualification phase for EHF Euro 2024, Les Bleus are back in action. After a training camp at the Maison du Handball at the start of the week, Luka Karabatic, Nikola Karabatic, Mathieu Grébille and Elohim Prandi will play just the one friendly this week - against Romania in Toulouse on Saturday 4 November.

PALICKA TO TAKE ON UKRAINE
Like Les Bleus, Andreas Palicka and Sweden will also be playing just one warm-up match, against Ukraine in Eskilstuna. A match that will have a special flavour for the Swedes, since the emblematic Niclas Ekberg recently announced his international retirement.
THREE PARISIANS FACE OFF
While France and Sweden will be playing just the one match, three Rouge et Bleu players will have their work cut out: Luc Steins (Netherlands), Ferran Solé (Spain) and Kent Robin Tonnesen (Norway) will face each other at the Norwegian edition of the Golden League, a tournament taking place from 2 to 5 November in Bergen. Ferran and Luc will face each other in the opening match on Thursday 2 November. On the same day, Tonnesen's Norway take on Denmark in their opening match, before facing the Netherlands on Saturday. Finally, the closing day will see a great encounter between Norway and Spain, while the Netherlands will conclude their preparations for Euro 2024 with a clash against Denmark.

DOUBLE HEADER AGAINST POLAND FOR MATHÉ
Finally, Dominik Mathé will join Hungary this week for two friendly matches against Poland. The Magyars will host the Poles in Szeged on Saturday 4 November and then again following day in Békéscsaba. These are important fixtures, as the Hungarians have no other warm-up matches planned before they take part in Euro 2024, starting on 12 January.
