Two victories for our Parisians

The 2023 World Cup continues. On Thursday evening, two Paris Saint-Germain Handball representatives were on duty for their respective countries.

SWEDEN - BRAZIL: 26-18

Co-hosts Sweden could count on the support of a packed Scandinavium Arena in Gothenburg. Andreas Palicka (who scored a goal!) and his teammates dominated on the court. At half-time, the game was still evenly balanced (30': 11-9), but the reigning European champions were in complete control of their game for the final 30 minutes. On Saturday, the Swedes will face Cape Verde.

SPAIN - MONTENEGRO: 30-25

Ferran Solé Sala was also in action, as Spain faced Montenegro. La Roja were in front from the start, despite the Montenegrins' doing their best to cause problems for the well-trained Spaniards. Our right-winger contributed to this success by finding the net once. For their second match, on Saturday, Spain will be back at the Tauron Arena in Krakow to face Chile.
