Sadou Ntanzi: 'We had a great season'

Following Paris Saint-Germain Handball's 37-31 defeat by Barcelona in the match for third place in the EHF Champions League Final4, check out what Raul Gonzalez, David Balaguer and Sadou Ntanzi had to say.

RAUL GONZALEZ (COACH - PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL):

"We finished fourth. We have to learn from this Final4. Our aim was to do everything we could to reach the final, but we weren't able to get there. But we have to be proud of our players, who gave everything to try and achieve that goal."

DAVID BALAGUER (RIGHT-WINGER - PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL):

"For this match, we had to deal with injuries, fatigue and after yesterday's defeat, it's difficult to find the mental resources to play this match. It showed in the first half; we weren't at our best. At half-time we all questioned ourselves and we wanted to give everything for our supporters who had been with us all weekend. We won the second half and closed the gap on the scoreboard, but that won't make up for the defeat. Throughout the weekend there were a lot of ups and downs, but we stuck together through it all. I'm convinced we can do well."

SADOU NTANZI ( CENTRE-HALF - PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL):

"It's hard to find motivation after a defeat. We wanted to finish the season well. It's been incredible. Not many safe us making it this far... Unfortunately, we've ended with a defeat. The first half wasn't what we were used to. But we responded well in the second half."
