Raul Gonzalez (Paris Saint-Germain Handball coach):

"It was a difficult game to approach because we played a physically demanding match in the EHF Champions League on Thursday. We didn't have much time to prepare for this game, but the team did a good job. The players were on the ball in attack and defence. We have to be satisfied with the result tonight because we're three points ahead of Nantes at the top of the standings. We have to keep up the pace and now focus on the return leg against Szeged."

David Balaguer (Paris Saint-Germain Handball right-winger):

"It's a good result. There's always room for improvement in certain areas and we can correct a few mistakes. We have to take every match seriously and keep winning. I felt great. I've worked hard to get back on the court, and I'd like to thank the medical staff for all their efforts over the last few weeks."
