Mathieu Grébille: 'Points won are no longer up for grabs'
After the EHFChampions League Matchday 4 victory over Zagreb (40-31), check out the reactions from Raul Gonzalez, Luc Steins and Mathieu Grébille.
RAUL GONZALEZ (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL COACH):
"We controlled things well from the beginning of the game, with a good defence and an efficient attack. That's why we had a good lead at the break. For the moment, we are well placed. But the group stage is long. We have to focus on the next game right away. It's not easy, because the games are all in a row, but everyone is focused. We don't have much time to rest, but we have to make the effort. It won't be easy in Istres either."
LUC STEINS (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL CENTRE-HALF):
"I think we played a good game. We made some mistakes, but as soon as we got into our game, we made the difference. Every victory is important. Especially with a view to finishing in the top two places in the group. I'm also satisfied with our performance, where we set the pace. In 48 hours, we have another match, away from home. We will have to prepare ourselves well to be ready. We have dropped a few points in the league, so we have to keep winning."
MATHIEU GRÉBILLE (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL LEFT-WINGER):
"We played a serious match. We can still improve on things... but we were able to build a gap and maintain it. Even in our weak moments, we were able to quickly get back on track. Everyone participated and that's a good thing. We are aiming for the top two places. Points won are no longer up for grabs. We have to win all our home games and as many away games as possible. We know that things can go fast in this competition. I hope that we will be as good on Saturday, against Istres."
