Mathieu Grébille: 'It played out on details'

Check out Raul Gonzalez and Mathieu Grébille's reactions after Les Rouge et Bleu's 26-24 defeat at Kiel in EHF Champions League Matchday 9.

RAUL GONZALEZ (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL COACH):

"We got off to a very poor start, but everyone worked hard to get back into the game. In the second half, we managed to come back, but after that, I don't know what happened. Once again, we missed a lot of shots, especially towards the end. There was room to win, but it didn't work out. We were in a good frame of mind in the second half because we came back, but in the end we lost the game so it didn't do us any good."

MATHIEU GRÉBILLE (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL LEFT WINGER):

"Even though we didn't get off to a good start, we managed to get back into it quickly. We went into the break trailing by five goals and yet after seven or eight minutes in the second half, we were almost level. We could have done better tonight; we had the chances, but there were too many errors in attack and defence. From that point on, it's difficult to win a match against a team like Kiel. We needed more tonight, it wasn't enough to win a Champions League match. We mustn't give up, the season still has a long way to go. Our attitude was good, but it was with our cutting edge that we struggled. It played out on details, but in the end it's still a defeat."
