Léo Plantin: "A win that does us good"
Check out what Raul Gonzalez, Jannick Green and Léo Plantin had to say after Paris Saint-Germain's 40-32 win in Tremblay.
Raul Gonzalez (Paris Saint-Germain Handball coach):
"We had a very good first half, but Tremblay managed to come back to within a goal. As the minutes went by, we played better and better and Jannick Green was excellent. We took the lead and it's a fine victory a few days after the trip to Poland. The team is progressing and it's important to win these matches. We need to stay focused despite the back-to-back games and the travel."
Jannick Green (Paris Saint-Germain Handball goalkeeper):
"We knew it was going to be a tough game, they're a great team with a great atmosphere in their arena. I think we put up a good fight and played well. Scoring 40 goals is positive and we can be satisfied with this result. I'm always happy when we win, so when it happens on my birthday, it's even better."
Léo Plantin (Paris Saint-Germain Handball left-winger):
"It was a hard-fought match. We knew they were going to give us a hard time on their turf, so we had to stay focused. I'm not used to playing on the right wing, but I did my best to help the team. I knew I had to take my chances, so I did my best. It's a win that does us good, but we need to stay focused for what's to come, because it's not going to be easy.
