Kamil named best pivot

Kamil Syprzak, who was vital to Paris Saint-Germain Handball's 29-33 victory over Celje, was voted as pivot in the Best 7 for Velux EHF Champions League Round 11.

Both defensively and offensively, the Polish international posed many problems for the Slovenian side. In defence, he was tough to get around and contributed perfectly to the good work of his rear-guard. His power repeatedly prevented the opposing strikers from getting into an ideal position, and it also served him on front of goal. He scored nine goals from 14 attempts and finished as the game's top scorer. It was a great performance that earned him a place in the Best 7.
