Group A results

After Paris Saint-Germain Handball's 25-31 victory over Pelister on Wednesday, check out the rest of the Group A results from EHF Champions League Matchday 11.

KIELCE - KIEL: 36-36

The Match Of The Week for EHF Champions League Matchday 11 lived up to its billing. Leaders at throw-off, Kiel travelled to the fiery Hala Legionów to take on Kielce, then in third place, ahead of the capital club. Trailing for much of the match, Kielce managed to turn the situation around at the start of the second half, thanks in particular to their French internationals Nicolas Tournat (7 goals) and Dylan Nahi (6 goals). Spurred on by their fans, the Poles did everything they could to claim a prestigious victory over the German leaders. But Niclas Ekberg scored in the dying seconds to earn his side a draw. The result does neither team any favours, with Kiel losing ground on their rivals and Kielce seeing the Parisians close in on them ahead of Thursday's summit clash at Coubertin.

SZEGED - KOLSTAD: 29-27

Defeated again, this time in Hungary, Kolstad continued their downward spiral. With a run of four matches without a win on the continental stage, the Norwegians are struggling and remain stuck in seventh place in the group. Although Zagreb, Kolstad's next opponents, remain within their reach, former Rouge et Bleu star Sander Sagosen and his side will need to turn things around as soon as possible to keep their qualification hopes alive. Szeged, for their part, maintained their momentum with a fifth win in six games, staying level on 13 points with Kielce and Paris.

AALBORG - ZAGREB: 32-22

Beaten at home by Raul Gonzalez's men last time out, Aalborg responded in style with a near-perfect performance against Zagreb. Led by an imperious Mikkel Hansen (6 from 7), the Danes consolidated their position as runners-up to Kiel with 14 points - one more than our Parisians.
