Four Parisians in the Best 7

The Ligue Nationale de Handball (LNH) has announced the list of players named in the Liqui Moly StarLigue's Best 7 for the 2022-2023 season. Several Parisians have been honoured for their excellent season...

Luc Steins

Having enjoyed an excellent season, Luc Steins is no surprise as an inclusion in this team. The man who has won the last two Player of the Season awards has found the net 72 times in 27 appearances, not to mention a considerable number of assists.

Elohim Prandi

Elohim Prandi and his power are also part of this all-star team. Thanks to several remarkable performances (including 14 goals against Dunkerque), the French international is an indispensable asset to the Parisian forward line, as illustrated by his title of Player of the Month for October. With 158 goals, he is one of the top scorers in the league.

Dainis Kristopans

In his final season in the French capital, Dainis Kristopans has been unstoppable in front of goal. With 116 goals scored since the start of the season, our Latvian right-back has been no slouch. As a reminder, he spent the first half of the season with no understudy in in his position.

Kamil Syprzak

In a Best 7, it's hard to do without the best pivot in the league. The Parisians are fortunate in that they have him in their ranks, in the form of Kamil Syprzak. Recently voted Liqui Moly StarLigue Player of the Month for April, the Polish international is having a great season, with 162 goals in just 24 appearances.

To find out the names of the Coach of the Season (Raul Gonzalez is in the running), the Player of the Season (all our winners are nominated) and the Goal of the Season (with an effort from Elohim Prandi in the running), we'll have to wait until 8 June, when the LNH Trophies ceremony is held.
