Four Parisians called up to France squad

Ahead of the international break featuring the Trophée des Continents, France coach Guillaume Gille has called up Luka Karabatic, Nikola Karabatic, Elohim Prandi and Mathieu Grébille.

Two months to the day after the kick-off of EHF Euro 2024, which saw Les Bleus triumph over Denmark in the final, France return to the House of Handball on 11 March. During this international week, the Tricolores will travel to Montpellier to play in the Trophée des Continents. On Thursday 14 March, they will take on Argentina, winners of the 2023 Pan-American Games. Two days later, Les Bleus will take on the Egypt of future Parisian Omar Yahia, crowned African champions last January.

In an extended list published on Friday, Guillaume Gille decided to call up recent European champions Luka Karabatic, Nikola Karabatic and Elohim Prandi. Mathieu Grébille has also been added, rewarding him for his good form with the capital club.
