Paris Saint-Germain Handball enjoyed another excellent month, with seven victories across three different competitions. But who do you think was the capital club's strongest performer?

LUC ABALO

After having an excellent World Cup for France, with 20 goals to his name, Luc Abalo hit the ground running as he returned to domestic duties. Over the seven matches he played in in all competitions, he bagged 34 goals - with his customary style that marries the clinical with the spectacular. His excellent performance away to Celje (32-36) was the perfect example, with eight goals - including one following a superb feint. He was also in full swing away to Tremblay in the Coupe de France (32-34), firing 7 from 8.

HENRIK TOFT HANSEN

Meanwhile, Henrik Toft Hansen had the honour of becoming a World Champion on home soil in January before bringing his excellent form back to France. In the first match back, away to Nantes in Velux EHF Champions League Round 11 action (31-35), the Danish pivot shone brightly with 6 from 6. The switch back to the Lidl StarLigue did nothing to affect his efficiency, and his 3 from 3 against Toulouse (30-35) added to his 21 goals in seven matches in February.

THIERRY OMEYER

The Parisians were in amazing form against Toulouse, with Thierry Omeyer making eight saves - including a splendid double effort that earned him a place among the Top 5 Saves for the round. The Lidl StarLigue was his preferred competition in February, with Tremblay suffering at his hands as he made seven saves from the home forwards (23-34). In the Velux EHF Champions League, Titi proved more than troublesome for compatriots Nantes, with a ten-save haul.

UWE GENSHEIMER

Uwe Gensheimer was Paris Saint-Germain Handball's top scorer in February with 40 goals in all competitions - including several of his trademark spin-shots. He turned in a number of strong performances, hitting 3 from 3 in the league against Dunkerque. He also scored eight or more goals in two matches - against Zagreb and Toulouse. Doubtless the German left-winger will be one of the favourites to take Player of the Month honours for February!
