Elohim Prandi rewarded on his EHF Champions League return

Elohim Prandi put on a show as Paris returned to EHF Champions League action against Plock on Matchday 11, attracting plenty of attention in the process.

That's what you call hitting the ground running. Last week, Elohim Prandi put on a show in Paris's 40-39 victory over Nantes in the Coupe de France quarter-finals. Nine goals and three assists sent a message to the other teams: after a three-month absence, Elo' is back and intends to play his part in helping the capital club achieve its various goals. After the Coupe de France, it was on the continental stage that our left-back made his mark. Against Plock on EHF Champions League Matchday 11 (28-31), Elohim delighted the Coubertin crowd from the off. Luc Steins provided a fine assist from the seven-metre line, and Elo' fired a cannon of a shot into the top corner of Viktor Hallgrimsson's goal to open his team's account. It was a goal that did not go unnoticed, as the EHF decided to name it among the top five strikes for the matchday.
