Before the Final4, they said:

For Media Day, which took place this Friday at the players' hotel, check out the pick of our interviews with Les Rouge et Bleu.

RAUL GONZALEZ (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL COACH):

"This isn't the first time I've been to Cologne as a coach, and I've got enough experience to know that there's no point getting bogged down in predictions. Anything can happen here during the Final4. It's a weekend that has nothing to do with the rest of our season. I'm confident that we can do well. But above all, we have to enjoy the moment and see how things unfold."

LUKA KARABATIC (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL CAPTAIN):

"I'm as excited and motivated to be here as I was the day I played my first Final4. When you come to Cologne, you always want to lift the trophy, but at the same time, we all know what a mountain lies ahead of us. As a team, we're starting to get some experience in this fixture and maybe this time the balance will tip in our favour."

ANDREAS PALICKA (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL GOALKEEPER):

"We don't feel any more pressure in this competition than we have over our whole season. We chose to come and play for Paris Saint-Germain and we're used to dealing with that pressure. We're here to win. I feel good in this team, and I know that I can bring a lot to the table when we get to those important moments. My fondest memories were here in Cologne, my two titles in 2010 and 2012, in this arena, with this crowd, it was really special. As a player, it's really incredible to experience."

LUC STEINS (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL CENTRE-HALF):

"We've always wanted to qualify for the Final4 and have the opportunity to battle it out with the best over the course of a weekend. It's the biggest competition you can play in with your club. It's really extraordinary! But just being here isn't enough - you have to win! It would be a huge honour for us if we were the first to bring a Champions League title back to Paris."
