Andreas shines at the Final4

Despite the fact that Paris tasted defeat in the Truckscout24 EHF Final4 semi-final against Kielce (24-25) at Cologne's Lanxess Arena, Andreas Palicka pulled off several fine saves - and one of them features in the Top Stops of the event!

In the first half, when the score was very close between the two sides (as it would be for the rest of the game), Nicolas Tournat had the chance to give the Poles a two-goal lead. But standing in the way of the French international was PSG's Sweden 'keeper Andreas Palicka.

The Kielce pivot was clean through six metres from goal and had an excellent opportunity to score, but our last line of defence sprang up quickly and pushed the shot away with his outstretched right foot. It was a magnificent save that deserves its place in the Final4's top five stops. It should be noted that Andreas made an impressive 12 saves during the match.
