Back to work for Les Rouge et Bleu!

The Parisians returned to training at the Stade Pierre de Coubertin this week - here's a look at the session held on Wednesday 10 January 2024.

It's back to training for the Parisians! After making their return to the Stade Pierre de Coubertin on Tuesday, Les Rouge et Bleu followed up with a strength training session on Wednesday. It was a return with a reduced squad, however, as no fewer than seven Les Rouge et Bleu have been called up by their respective national teams for the EHF Euro 2024 in Germany. Among them, Elohim, Nikola and Luka will play in the opening match between Les Bleus and Northern Macedonia on Wednesday evening in front of more than 50,000 spectators at the Merkur-Spiel Arena in Düsseldorf, which is set to break a world record.

On Thursday, Raul Gonzalez's men will carry out a running session, before concluding their week of physical preparation with a final session on Friday. Les Rouge et Bleu return to collective training on Monday, when they will start preparations for the friendly match against Tremblay at Coubertin, to be played behind closed doors on Wednesday 17 January.
