In the following season, the young midfielder established himself as a regular starter in the second division team while also shining with the under-19 squad, especially in the Youth League, which Benfica won. He scored goals in the group stage against Bayern and Barcelona and stood out in the final, scoring in the victory over RB Salzburg. In 2022, the Italian also faced the Paris Saint-Germain Titis during the group stage.

Following promising performances with the youth teams, Ndour made his debut for Benfica's senior team on 18 March 2023, coming on as a substitute in a Portuguese league match against Vitoria Guimarães. He played a part in his team's league title win on the final day of the season after a fierce battle with Porto. At the age of 18, he took a new turn in his career by signing with Paris Saint-Germain during the summer transfer window of 2023.
