Thiago Silva: 'Two very important matches'
The Paris Saint-Germain captain gave his thoughts on the UEFA Champions League draw that yielded the impending double-header with Manchester United.
"We'll only know whether it was a favourable draw after we play the two matches," explained the Brazilian international on PSG TV. "In any case, they're amazing opponents to take on. We'll work really hard to play two strong matches. To reach the quarters, we'll certainly need to play two perfect matches. It will be difficult; we must respect this team. They might not be going through the best of moments, but they have a special history in this competition, so it will be complicated. These matches will be very important for us, the players, but also for the fans and the club. Manchester qualified and deserve to be in the last 16, just like we do. So we must respect this team."
