Several hundred fans made the trip to Nîmes and made their voices heard.
More than 700 kilometres separate Paris and Nîmes, but that didn't put the Paris fans off from supporting their heroes at the Stade des Costières. In a crazy game, Thomas Tuchel's men needed the support as they saw their hosts roar back at them only to pull away again thanks in part to their travelling army. "We heard our fans throughout the game," Alphonse Areola told us after going over with his teammates to thank the supporters. "We know they're behind us all the time and going over to them was a way of thanking them and sharing the moment with them. They have travelled a long way so it's good to go and see them at the end."
It was a wonderful moment between fans and players, who have given their supporters something to sing about with four wins from four to start the season.
