Stats & Facts: the win over Bordeaux

Match in numbers

All the key stats from Paris Saint-Germain's 3-0 league triumph at the weekend.

PARIS - BORDEAUX: A LONG HISTORY

Paris & Bordeaux, it's an historic league encounter. In fact, Bordeaux have played Paris more than any other club, 110 times to be precise. The Rouge-et-Bleu just have the edge in the fixture with 46 wins to 39 losses. The capital club has not lost a home game to Bordeaux since October 2010.

KYLIAN KEEPS ON!

Following his efforts against Real Madrid, the Paris number 7 did not slacken off on his return to domestic duty, opening the scoring on 24 minutes to make it 25 goal involvements in as many league games this season (15 goals, 10 assists). That's five more than any other player in the French top flight, and puts him top of both the goalscorers' and assists chart.

Kylian loves the Parc des Princes. He's been involved in at least one goal in his last six home games (7 goals, 2 assists), his best run in a single season since August 2018-January 2019 (7).

And just a reminder: he's the first Ligue 1 player this season to reach double figures for both goals and assists.

FORTRESS PARC

That's 14 home top-flight games for Paris Saint-Germain without defeat (13 wins). They've also racked up eight clean sheets in their last 10 competitive matches, conceding just two goals (4-1 vs. Brugge, 3-1 vs. Saint-Etienne). Over the same period, they've struck 20 times.

Lorient, Marseille, Lens, Troyes and Metz are the five remaining visitors to the Parc des Princes this season as the club aims to not only pick up a 10th French title, but also go through the campaign unbeaten at home.

NEY & LES GIRONDINS, THE STORY CONTINUES

Neymar Jr loves playing Les Girondins. He scored twice in the first game between the two this season, and on Saturday, he again played a central role, adding the side's second goal just after the break (52').

Ney has now scored eight goals against Bordeaux in Ligue 1, that's more than against any other opponent in one of Europe's top five leagues.
