Paris to face Nice in Coupe de France Round of 16
Paris Saint-Germain will face Nice in the last 16 of the Coupe de France on Saturday 29, Sunday 30 or Monday 31 January at the Parc des Princes.
Two-time defending champions and winners of the competition 14 times (in 1982, 1983, 1993, 1995, 1998, 2004, 2006, 2010, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020 and 2021, a national record), and qualified for the last eight after 3-0 wins over Feignies Aulnoye in the round of 32 and 4-0 against Vannes in the round of 16, the Ligue 1 leaders will host the team behind them in the table, who have lifted the trophy three times (in 1952, 1954 and 1997), and who reached this round with a 1-0 win over Cholet in the round of 32 and did not play in the last round due to the disqualification of Paris FC and Lyon.
The two clubs have already met this season, on the 16th Ligue 1 match day , with a 0-0 draw on Wednesday 1 December in Paris. They will meet for a third time on the 27th match day at the Allianz Riviera in early March.
