Keylor Navas' Costa Rica defeated Japan 1-0 on the second matchday of the 2022 Qatar FIFA World Cup group stage.
A few days after the heavy defeat against Spain in their opening game of the competition, a Costa Rica side with Parisian goalkeeper Keylor Navas faced Japan, recent winners against Germany.
Keylor Navas, who captained his team at kick-off, helped them to victory over the Japanese, thanks in particular to several decisive saves.
