The medical update for 11 May 2021 concerns Marco Verratti, Layvin Kurzawa, Alexandre Letellier and Juan Bernat.

- Marco Verratti: strained interior medial ligament of right knee. Expected to be out for 4-6 weeks, depending on response to treatment.
- Layvin Kurzawa: high ankle sprain (syndesmosis joint). Expected to be out for up to 4 weeks.
- Juan Bernat: continues his individual rehabilitation from ruptured ACL.
- Alexandre Letellier: continues his rehabilitation from a fractured finger on the right hand.
