Luis Enrique: "We have to keep improving"

The Paris Saint-Germain coach and Achraf Hakimi spoke to PSGTV after the Rouge et Bleu's 1-1 draw on Matchday 16 of Ligue 1.

LUIS ENRIQUE

"We played a great game defensively against a very good Lille team. We hardly suffered in the first 80 minutes but a slight lack of control and Lille's pressure meant we ended up with a draw. It's a shame, but you have to play matches to the last second. It's a result that doesn't necessarily do justice to the game we played, but that's the way it is. We've got one more game before the winter break, but the objective remains the same: to take the 3 points that would keep us 5 points ahead of our nearest rivals. We have to keep improving, try to pick up points, play well, attack well and defend well. All the things that will make us stronger for the 'key' part of the season."

ACHRAF HAKIMI

"It's frustrating to finish the game like that. We dominated the whole game and unfortunately on the last move, we didn't clear the ball and didn't take the three points. Lille play very good football, and we also had a good game, we dominated, we had a lot of chances in the first half, we should have scored those chances, we didn't manage to do that and unfortunately we didn't take the three points.
My 100th game with Paris? I'm happy to have played 100 matches in this shirt. Unfortunately we weren't able to celebrate this 100th match with a win, and I hope to play many more games in this shirt."
