Focus switches to Dortmund

After the postponement of the match against Strasbourg, which should have taken place on Saturday 7 March at 17h30 at the Stade de la Meinau, the Paris Saint-Germain players were at the training ground this morning for a session at the Ooredoo Training Centre. With their focus now turned to their encounter with Borussia.

After a whistle-stop trip to Alsace on Friday evening after the late postponement of the match (Week 28 of Ligue 1) against Les Strasbourgeois due to the spread of coronavirus, Les Rouge et Bleu travelled to Saint-Germain-en-Laye on Saturday morning.

Their objective: to fully throw themselves into their preparation for the return leg of the Round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League against Dortmund, on Wednesday 11 March at 9pm at the Parc des Princes. After the 2-1 defeat on German soil at the Signal Iduna Park, it was therefore a determined Paris Saint-Germain squad who took to the training pitch at the Ooredoo Training Centre at 11h.

After a warm-up working with the ball, Thomas Tuchel's side then took part in a game with small goals, then finished a tough session with 9 against 9 with bigger goals. The lads will be back to Saint-Germain-en-Laye on Monday, for another session at the Ooredoo Training Centre.
