Youri Djorkaeff in the spotlight
The former Paris Saint-Germain attacking midfielder (47 matches and 20 goals in all competitions between 1995 and 1996) was invited to attend the Ligue 1 Round 13 match at the Parc des Princes and watched on as his former club notched a spectacular victory against AS Monaco (5-2) on Friday 24 November.
It was also an opportunity for the former Parisian to be a guest on the TV show Kick-off before witnessing the Parisians' success over Monaco. The French international (82 caps between 1993 and 2002) won the 1995 Trophée des Champions and the 1996 Cup Winners' Cup with Paris Saint-Germain.
Youri Djorkaeff was not the only guest this evening, with former Paris players Camille Choquier, Jean Deloffre and Pedro Miguel Pauleta also invited by the club to attend the match.
