Further success for PSG Academy Technical Directors' Seminar with fourth edition
From 12th to 16th May 2025, PSG Campus hosted the fourth edition of the now unmissable Paris Saint-Germain Academy Technical Directors’ Seminar. This year, 25 technical directors and coaches representing 12 different nationalities took part in the international event, which was marked by a strong intercultural dimension and a genuine spirit of sharing.
Throughout the week, the seminar's participants immersed themselves in the world of Paris Saint-Germain with the aim of soaking up the club's philosophy and training methodology. This transmission of PSG's DNA, which is a cornerstone of Les Rouge et Bleu's player development strategy, ensures consistency in the teaching methods used across all of the club's academies around the world.
Led by Benjamin Houri, PSG Academy's Technical Director, and Dylan Lienart, its Technical Coordinator, a packed but structured programme was put forward, thereby giving participants the chance to take full advantage of PSG Campus's state-of-the-art facilities by watching academy and pre-academy training sessions, attending masterclasses and technical workshops, enjoying discussions on professional practices and focusing on the specificities of professional teams.
"Over the course of five days, we welcomed technical directors from all around the world for an intensive training programme at PSG Campus," said Houri. "All of them apply PSG Academy's methodology at their own academy centres, and this immersive experience gave them a better understanding of its demands and subtleties. For them, being here is not only about strengthening their skills but also about aligning themselves perfectly with Paris Saint-Germain's technical and educational identity. This season, they also took part in a simulation exercise with our U12s, a rich and tangible experience that makes the transmission of the club's expertise and DNA even more meaningful."
The event's fourth edition confirmed the growing interest in the seminar, which has established itself as a key date in the calendar in terms of standardising practices and bringing PSG Academy's international network together around the values of excellence, meticulousness and passion.
Finally, the participants got to close out their jam-packed week with a VIP experience at the Parc des Princes, followed by the 2025 edition of the PSG Academy World Cup the next day.
