This week at Paris Saint-Germain

Check out the various events not to be missed this week on PSG.FR, PSG TV and the capital club’s official app (all times given in CET).

THE FIRST TEAM

Les Parisiens have two Ligue 1 games ahead of them this week, starting with the rescheduled Matchday 29 trip to the Stade Yves Allainmat to face 17th-placed FC Lorient at 19:00 on Wednesday. In fact, the capital club will officially be crowned French champions if they beat Les Merlus and if second-placed AS Monaco – who trail Paris by 11 points and are set to welcome LOSC Lille to the Stade Louis II two hours later – fail to win.

Les Rouge et Bleu will then face 16th-placed Le Havre AC at 21:00 on Saturday (Matchday 31) at the Parc des Princes.

Just like their male counterparts, Les Parisiennes also have two fixtures in their schedule this week. Currently second in Division 1 and nine points behind Olympique Lyonnais, Les Rouge et Bleu will firstly be in derby action as they welcome local rivals Paris FC to Campus PSG at 18:30 on Wednesday (Matchday 21), in a kind of dress rehearsal for the play-off semi-final that will pit the two teams against each other at the end of the season.

Jocelyn Prêcheur's players will then have an even bigger fish to fry four days later, as they take on OL in the second leg of their UEFA Women's Champions League semi-final at 16:00 at the Parc des Princes, with the aim being to turn the tie around following their 3-2 defeat in the first leg.

THE YOUTH TEAMS

Paris Saint-Germain's U19s, who currently lead the way in Group A of the Championnat National U19 with 51 points, are set to entertain basement boys US Quevilly Rouen Métropole at 15:00 on Sunday (Matchday 25) at Campus PSG. With two games left to play, a single point would be enough for Zoumana Camara's players – who sit two points ahead of LOSC Lille and six points ahead of RC Lens – to ensure that they finish at least second and therefore qualify for the league's knockout stage.

Also in the running for the play-offs in their own age category, the capital club's U17s – who are currently third in Group A of the Championnat National U17, two points behind leaders FC Versailles 78 and one point behind second-placed Amiens SC – are another of our teams with a derby against Paris FC ahead of them this week, as Thomas Leyssales's side travel to the Stade Déjerine this Sunday (Matchday 25) to take on ninth-placed PFC at 15:00.

THE HANDBALL TEAM

It's another busy week ahead for Paris Saint-Germain Handball. Having finished third in Group A of the EHF Champions League before knocking out Orlen Wisła Płock in the last 16 (30-26, 34-33), Les Rouge et Bleu will now face FC Barcelona in the first leg of their quarter-final tie at 20:45 on Thursday at the Stade Pierre de Coubertin.
