The FIFA Club World Cup Comes to Paris: One Trophy, One City, One Ambition
To celebrate the trophy's visit to Paris, Paris Saint-Germain has curated a diverse program of events at some of the club’s and the city’s most iconic locations — blending football, fashion, music, and art, all of which are integral to PSG’s global identity.
After stops at key Parisian landmarks such as the Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre, and the Eiffel Tower, the trophy was showcased at PSG Headquarters, where club employees had the chance to admire this new symbol of global competition.
The club also organized an exclusive cruise along the Seine, attended by FIFA Ambassador and PSG legend Youri Djorkaeff. The event brought together notable figures in French culture, including electronic DJ MYD, Michelin-starred chef Jean Imbert, contemporary artist Mambo, and nine-time BMX freestyle world champion Matthias Dandois — all trailblazers in their respective fields who embody the creativity and lifestyle of modern Paris.
PSG players also had the chance to see the trophy up close at the Paris Saint-Germain Campus, further fueling their ambition for this summer’s competition.
The trophy's French tour continues with a key stop at the Parc des Princes during the Ligue 1 fixture between Paris Saint-Germain and Angers SCO. Special entertainment and activations are planned in and around the stadium to immerse fans in the excitement of the upcoming global tournament and celebrate PSG’s historic place in this global event.

Paris Saint-Germain: France’s Football Ambassador in the U.S.
This June, Paris Saint-Germain will land in the U.S. with a determined squad and a highly engaged global fanbase. Throughout the competition, the club will launch a series of initiatives designed to connect with the rapidly growing American fanbase and showcase PSG’s unique blend of football excellence and Parisian flair.
The United States has been a key market for Paris Saint-Germain for many years and the club is now among the most recognized European football institutions in the country. PSG’s expansion in the U.S. gained further momentum in 2023 with the strategic investment of Arctos Partners, an American investment firm now holding a stake in the club. PSG’s popularity in the U.S. has grown through key initiatives and partnerships.
The Club has built bridges through key partnerships — notably with Nike, Fanatics, Born x Raised, and the iconic Jordan Brand since 2018. The club has also developed ties with top sports franchises and athletes, including the San Antonio Spurs.
Over the past decade, Paris Saint-Germain has opened multiple retail stores in New York, Miami, and Las Vegas, and operates a dedicated U.S. e-commerce platform. The PSG Academy network — youth training centers — is one of the largest in the United States, with seven academies active in Phoenix, Los Angeles, Houston, Miami, Orlando, and Chicago.
PSG’s fan base continues to rise. With 23 official fan clubs across the country and more than 5 million American followers on social media, the club’s presence is growing steadily. American celebrities such as Justin Timberlake, Selena Gomez, Beyoncé, Rita Ora, Kendall Jenner, Travis Scott, Will Smith, Spike Lee, DJ Khaled, and Jimmy Butler have all been spotted supporting the club in recent years.
The FIFA Club World Cup marks the climax of a thrilling season for PSG fans. The club is currently in contention to win its 13th Ligue 1 title this Saturday, April 5, against Angers and has also qualified for the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals and the Coupe de France final.
