Concerts at the Parc des Princes, the return

Live music is back at the Parc des Princes with concerts of DJ Snake (11 June) and Dadju (18 June).

There have been some 20 shows since the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, had the first in June 1988.

In the early 1990s, The Rolling Stones and Prince raised the roof while French icon Johnny Halliday did the same over three nights in June 1993, returning 10 years later to repeat the feat to celebrate his 60th birthday.

In 1997 at the Rock à Paris festival, David Bowie got a feel for the exceptional acoustics of the Parc des Princes.

Other artists to have graced the Parc des Princes are U2 (1997), Muse (2007), Genesis (2007) and Bruce Springsteen (2008), as well as rappers Suprême NTM, who played there twice, including an unforgettable show on 19 June 2010.

That month marked the last concert at the Parc - Green Day on 26 June 2010 - till now, 12 years later.

Show must go on !
