Ahmed Al-Meghessib: 'Completely crazy'
Paris Saint-Germain pro FIFA player and Al Duhail professional footballer Ahmed Al Meghessib is enjoying his second day in Paris. The Qatari met with club employees before visiting the Parc des Princes for the first time.
After training with the Paris Saint-Germain reserves on Tuesday, Ahmed got to know a little more about the club by meeting with employees at Paris Saint-Germain headquarters: "I was lucky enough to visit the administrative offices of Paris Saint-Germain. I met a lot of the club employees, as well as the manager of the Paris Saint-Germain e-sport team. The building is incredible, the atmosphere as well, it must be incredible to work here."
With the aim of settling into the Rouge et Bleu culture, Ahmed then visited the Parc des Princes, the home of the Paris Saint-Germain first team, for the first time: "Then I went to the Parc des Princes, finally I got to see this famous stadium. Going down to the side of the pitch was an incredible feeling. It gives me even more motivation. I'm having an incredible time, it's completely crazy to come here."
It's a dream week for Ahmed, but also one of hard work; on Thursday he will train again with the club's reserves before perhaps getting the opportunity to play in Friday's match against Caen: "On Thursday I'll train again and maybe I'll get the chance to play in Friday's friendly match against Caen. It will be a great chance for me to test myself at this level, it could be an incredible experience for me."
