Born in Brest where she first started playing with SC Pontanézen and AS Brest, the Breton defender made her professional debut in 2010 aged just 15 with Stade Briochin, which eventually became En Avant Guingamp. In her five seasons there, Griedge Mbock played 110 games and was named D1 Young Player of the Year twice. In 2015, she joined Olympique Lyonnais aged 20 and stayed there for nine seasons. While at OL, she won six league titles, four Coupes de France, two Trophées des Championnes and six UEFA Women’s Champions Leagues.
Having played nearly 200 matches with OL, Griedge Mbock joined Paris Saint-Germain on 3 July 2024 to take on a new challenge. With the French national team, the central defender won the U17 Women’s World Cup and then the U19 Women’s EURO before making her senior international debut in 2013. Eleven years later, Griedge Mbock has established herself as a key part of Les Bleues and has more than 70 caps.
