From Mantes-la-Jolie, she started off with FC Mantois, playing regional football (DH) in the Paris area before moving to FC Aurillac-Arpajon in Division 2 in 2015. In 2016, the right-back signed a four-year deal with Stade de Reims, where she gained promotion to the top flight.
In the summer of 2020, Simon signed her first professional contract with Paris Saint-Germain and was soon putting her talent to good use on the pitch.
